1. No Refunds for certain Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:

Canceled orders even if it’s Regret/Change of mind after the order has been placed.

ALL Pick ‘N’ Mix items are non-refundable once packaged. (You may only cancel the pick ‘n’ mix order, if the order hasn’t been packaged/fulfilled yet at The Sweet Shack.)

*Keep in mind- Return shipping costs are up to the customer until further notice*


2. If you have received DAMAGED or MELTED Candy:   We do take great time and effort in packaging your candy, but we are not responsible for any damages or any melting that may occur during your shipping, especially in hot weather seasons. We always recommend and promote you to consider your addresses weather conditions before placing an order.


3. Missing or Incorrect Orders:   If your order is missing items or contains incorrect products, please contact us within 24-72 hours of receiving your order, and we will TRY and work with you to resolve the issue.

*We do our best to understand issues you cannot control.*


4. No Refunds on Shipping Costs:   Since we are a small business Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5.  Stolen Packages:   We are NOT responsible for stolen packages. No refunds will be made.

We offer optional ice packs at our homepage and checkout to help protect your Precious items during their transit. While they help tremendously, please understand and NOTE that they DO NOT GUARANTEE your candy won’t melt.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that The Sweet Shack is not liable for any melted candy during shipping and handling. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive melted.

To help your candy get to you in same perfect condition it left in:

  • Choose the fastest shipping option that is available for your order. (Will cost more)
  • Keep Track of your order and be sure to retrieve it promptly after delivery.
  • Be sure to ship to a location where someone is available to grab it anytime of day (if possible)
