TheSweetShack.com proudly offers shipping services. (Ground,Flat rate, and express options etc.)
Please Keep in mind we do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can.

SHIPPING:
All orders placed on TheSweetShack.com are processed and shipped out in 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped out or delivered on weekends or holidays. (To help ensure melting doesn’t happen) If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please note and allow additional days in transit when the order is out for delivery. If there is or could be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
The responsibility of the correct contact info and address is up to the customers. Please be sure that the shipping address that’s entered is correct. We try to process and ship in a decent time, so there is sometimes only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if you feel you have entered an incorrect/invalid shipping address.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Be sure to keep in mind when ordering that, orders that are returned to TheSweetShack.com as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information. Will be subject to a restocking FEE to be determined by the company.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
TheSweetShack.com is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information you received states that your package has been delivered to your address, but have not received it, please report to the local authorities as soon as possible.
We won’t Refund or Replace the order. (Refer to our Refund Policy)
APPROVED RETURNS:
TheSweetShack.com allows you to return its items within a period of 7 days. Be Sure to remember that the items being sent back should be returned unopened and unused.
(Pick ‘n’ Mix items NOT applicable)
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
We have the following options in the event there are items which are “out of stock.” TheSweetShack.com can Cancel and refund all of the “out of stock” items and ship all of the remaining items in the order.
Or
TheSweetShack.com can replace those items with products of the same price value and update your invoice and shipping everything together in your order.

We offer optional ice packs at our homepage and checkout to help protect your Precious items during their transit. While they help tremendously, please understand and NOTE that they DO NOT GUARANTEE your candy won’t melt.
*especially during warm weather seasons or during longer transits*
*Delivery trucks can run 40 degrees hotter than the outside temperature*

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that The Sweet Shack is not liable for any melted candy during shipping and handling. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive melted.
📦 🚛 Steps we recommend to get the best quality candy after shipment: 🍭
To help your candy get to you in same perfect condition it left in:
- Choose the fastest shipping option that is available for your order. (Will cost more)
- Keep Track of your order and be sure to retrieve it promptly after delivery.
- Be sure to ship to a location where someone is available to grab it anytime of day (if possible)
*Leave notes with your post office if you are needing to give them more specific drop off instructions*
- Try to avoid ordering meltable products during extremely hot weather seasons. (California, Arizona, Florida, Texas, and Louisiana especially)
